Working in a flexible team based environment and reporting directly to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Reconciliation of General Ledge and Balance Sheet Accounts
- Production of Monthly Accounts
- Preparing and posting of journals
- Maintaining Asset register
- Manage, process staff credit card expenses
- Reconciliations of bank statements
- Cash flow forecasts
- Checking income payments
- Accounts payable and receivables
- Data entry
- Manage payroll using HR3Pay
- Processing of superannuation payments
- Payroll tax calculations
