Assistant Café Manager

About the Role:

Assistant Cafe Manager role based at Tauranga Airport in a part time, permanent role. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Food preparation, including sandwiches
• General kitchen cleaning duties Dish washing
• Run the site in the absence of Cafe Manager.
• Help the site manager run 7-day operations.

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a food preparation
• An ability to work as part of a great team
• A current food handler's certificate preferred
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a café
• Barista Experience
• LCQ and/or DM license is an advantage
