ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an Assistant Caretaker to help maintain two of our luxury residential buildings in Maroochydore. This is a permanent part-time role, working 30 hours a week, and is a great opportunity for an energetic all-rounder, providing the opportunity to assist with a variety of tasks including cleaning, gardening/landscaping and building management.
Working closely with the building Caretaker and supported by the Administrative Team in our Brisbane head office, your duties will include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of common areas, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for residents and guests
- Contributing to the visual appeal of the property by tending to the gardens and landscaping, ensuring the building is presented to the highest standard
- Proactively reporting on maintenance needs
You will also have the opportunity to expand your skill set by assisting the wider Caretaking Team with ad hoc tasks and project works.
