If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our esteemed coaching team as an Assistant Tennis Coach! At Ballarat Regional Tennis Centre, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional tennis coaching and creating a supportive and empowering environment for our players.
We are dedicated to nurturing talent and helping our athletes reach their full potential, both on and off the court.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the head coach in designing and implementing effective training programs for players of all skill levels.
- Conduct group and individual coaching sessions, holiday programs and more
- Inspire and motivate players to improve their performance, while fostering a love for the game and sportsmanship.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive training environment, ensuring the well-being of all athletes.
Requirements:
- Strong passion for tennis and a deep understanding of the game.
- Previous coaching experience preferable
- String work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with players, parents, and the coaching team.
