The Communities business is renowned for designing safe, welcoming master planned communities with world class facilities for people to live, work, learn and play. Our places combine appealing architecture and vibrant urban spaces with parks, waterways and leafy streetscapes.
We have an immediate requirement for experienced Assistant Development Manager (ADM) to work within our New South Wales Communities business on the Figtree Hill project.
The Project
Figtree Hill is Lendlease’s newest flagship masterplanned community located in the heart of the Macarthur region. The project commenced construction works in early 2022 and has achieved great sales success since launching to the market only a few months ago.
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, we have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join the team based in our Barangaroo office, spending 1-2 days onsite at the project. The role will enable you to:
- Gain exposure to the entire residential development cycle including development brief preparation, design management, strategic and statutory planning, procurement, and stakeholder management.
- Providing data, analysis and support to ensure the financial performance of the project and its stages are in line with the project’s Commercial Assessment and Business Plan.
- Maintain key client and stakeholder relationships where appropriate in addition to internal stakeholder liaison and project team coordination.

- 15+ year project timeline meaning excellent long-term job security and stable employment in a thriving business with opportunity for career progression
- Flexible working/Hybrid role site/office/home
- Health and wellbeing program + 3 additional days off per year
- Be proud to deliver a large-scale master planned community that will positively impact the entire region
