Form of work This client is a privately owned Australian company with nearly 50 years of experience in the high end residential, mixed use residential, bulky goods, retail and Industrial spaces with a current portfolio value of circa $1billion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with managing consultants & contracts
Assisting with the successful delivery of projects on time and on budget
Liaising and assist in discussions with the relevant authorities, agents and builders
Manage all aspects of Design, Authority and Construction packages.
Ensure timely processing, accurate coding and approval of project costs
Compile feasibilities and maintain regular project forecasts
Assist in the planning, design and delivery of the development strategy
Directly reporting to the SDM
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Civil Engineering, Project Management or other relevant tertiary degree qualification
Ideally 5+ years' post grad experience in Australian Property, Project management or Construction
Advantage to have previous experience in planning, organizing and coordinating development, design, construction and marketing, particularly in the industrial sector
Excellent communication, computer and time-management skills
