Form of work- Assist in the overall management of the project;
- Assist in day to day communication with external project management company;
- Assist in reviewing consultants’ tender proposals submitted by external project management company;
- Assist in reviewing development costs submitted by external project management company;
- Assist in financial analysis and feasibility modelling, forecasting and cost
- Contribute to sales and marketing activities;
- Responsible for daily OA circulation/approval process for the project;
- Prepare project quarterly reports, half-yearly reports and annual reports etc.;
- Business trip to Brisbane is required. Usually twice a month, around 2 days each time;
- Tertiary qualifications in Property/Civil engineering/Finance/Investment/ Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years local experience in project management
- Experience in master planned communities / land subdivision is preferable
- Experience in due diligence work
- Sound knowledge in Estate Master / Argus software and spreadsheet analysis
- Accuracy in data and reporting
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Blingual in English and Mandarin
