About the role:
This is a newly created site-based role that will assist the Facility Manager with overseeing the operations of the site, as well as providing guidance and management to 5-10 direct reports. Additional duties and responsibilities will include:
Contribution to the operations team driving collaboration whilst promoting Customer Service and Community Relations.
Manage staff rosters.
Coordinate meetings and group performance strategies.
Consultation and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Manage the health and safety of staff and customers, e.g. reporting hazards and incidents.
Assist with shift related duties.
Administration and data entry.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a busy environment with a strong customer service background and exceptional relationship building ability. They will have an overall great attitude, be motivated to lead a team and build and maintain positive relationships.
