This CFC will offer Home Delivery, Crowd and Direct to Boot.Join us in providing a little good for our online customers. Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager this role will:Shape the future of online shopping in NSWSupport the Fulfilment Manager - Day with the CFC operational performance across Picking and Packing activitiesSupport the Fulfilment Manager - Day in leading, managing, and coaching a team of Personal Shoppers to ensure orders are picked and packed on time to the high standards our customers expectLead the department in the absence in the Fulfilment Manager - DayWhat makes you right for WooliesXAs the Assistant Fulfilment Manager Day, your key responsibilities will include:Spend time with the Personal Shoppers to motivate, manage, and guide them to deliver results and drive best practice in the CFCSupport the Fulfilment Manager to lead the team to work safely and efficientlyReview Voice of Customer (VOC) commentary daily with the Assistant Customer Fulfillment Centre Manager - Customer Order and Delivery to ensure the goods are packed correctly, no missing items, and the highest quality fresh foodCollaborate with our Customer Hub to improve customer satisfactionSupport the Customer Order Manager to identify and develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Woolworths GroupEngage with other CFC teams to share best practiceKey Skills & CompetenciesAbility to coach, motivate and inspire a large team to stretch their capabilities and unleash their potentialRemain composed under pressure to deliver results whilst maintaining leadership profileCommunicate information and ideas to the team in a clear and focused way that is understood by team members and achieves outcomesFinancial acumen and ability to analyse information, identify trends and prioritise issues, then make effective decisions and deploy resources as neededInnovative and not content with status quo, always looking for new ways to delight the customerUnderstand the perfect order scorecard segments, Voice of Customer, and other metrics to analyse the CFC and deliver resultsEssential knowledge and experienceKnowledge of Online order fulfilment processes and systemsPrevious experience supervising, managing, and developing a diverse teamEffective time management skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsComputer literateDesirable knowledge and experienceExperience working in a highly regulated environmentExperience working in food online environmentExperience communicating across large teamsRetail management experienceExperience working to a budget to achieve business targets including CODB and throughputWoolworths, a job is never just a job.It's the start of something bigger.
