Leadership of all team members and management of operations in the absence of the General Manager
Ensure guest feedback is recorded accurately and action any service recovery process in a prompt and efficient manner
Assist and support your Team in ensuring hotel specific policies and procedures are adhered.
Ensure all accounting practices and processes are achieved per hotel specific SOP's
Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B Managers to deliver brand standard rooms, products and services
Engage and build relationships with all stakeholders
Actively contribute towards reaching agreed hotel targets and objectives
