About the role
Lismore Community Health has an exciting career opportunity for an Assistant in Nursing to join their Transitional Aged Care team. This role provides direct care to patients in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including assisting with patient care interventions as directed and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required.
