The Skills You'll Need:
Delivery food that meets the high quality expectations of our Kitchens.
Build and maintain a high-performance culture.
Monitoring overall staffing costs.
Maintain a positive team culture with a strong pool of talent within your crew.
Enforce and adhere company policies, staff policies, and service standards.
Conduct and, or supervising the ordering process and managing COG’s
Managing general maintenance of the kitchen and the back of house areas.
The Experience You'll Have:
Solid kitchen experience with a key focusing on high paced service.
A strong understanding of BOH operations.
Ability to supervise operations in a fast-paced environment.
Able to build, lead, train, and motivate a team.
Passionate hospitality professional.
Strong leadership skills and an ability to create and maintain a culture of service excellence.
A sound understanding of the costs involved with the management of a successful business.
