Supporting the Store Manager with all operational duties including:
- Driving and inspiring the team to exceed sales and customer expectations
- Leading the way with exceptional customer service & offering technical advice
- Maintaining a positive & energetic work environment
- Confidence in working in a fast-paced environment
- Overseeing HR Functions including performance mgmt & reviews
- Maintaining a high degree of stock and inventory levels
- Sole Charge on Sunday & Monday
