We are looking for someone who is a natural both on the floor and the bar. Who will thrive in a busy environment and understands the simple perfection of the ultimate cocktail. Someone who is at home in hospitality and is enthusiastic about providing unparalleled customer service.
About the role and requirements:
To be well equipped for success in this role you will be supported by the CEO and the Bar Manager/Maitre D.
For this role you will need:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry with 3 years minimum at management level in a similar style venue. A degree in Tourism and Hospitality would be desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of and appreciation for service, front of house operations, cocktails, spirits and wine, corporate event management and a passion for unparalleled service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Restaurant and host experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of food, cocktail, wines and spirits
- Experience in cost control and revenue generation
- Ability to effectively manage, train and develop a team
- Experience in developing and executing small bar promotions
- Be able to work a 7-day week roster that includes - evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Extensive corporate and small wedding event management
