This role is working across 2 venues in a hands on capacity. Both venues have public bars, onsite accommodation and dining facilities. Catering to the local and tourist market.

Package:
- $95,000 Salary
- Discounted Accommodation & Meals
Duties:
- Assist the General Manager with the day to day management of two venues in a hands on capacity
- Open & close of venues
- Management, mentoring and training of up to 50 staff
- Staff rosters
- Cashing up & balancing of tills, safe counts, general cash handling
- Hands on work across the property-assisting in all areas as required Bar-Restaurant-Housekeeping-Office
- Undertaking monthly stock takes and stock control reports
- Work with department heads to ensure the smooth operations of the property
- Manage the property in the absence of the General Manager
- Liaise with local police, liquor licensing
- Ensure great community communications
Ideal Candidate:
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in Bars / Restaurants
- Preferably previous experience living and working in a remote location
- Hold or be able to obtain a WA Approved Managers License
- Have a current police clearance prior to commencement
- Be a hands on assistant manager and lead by example
