Full Time Property Management Assistant Position

We are seeking a positive, diligent, motivated person to join their team to support their Property Management Department and be one of the most important points of contact for their busy office. Prior experience within the industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
The successful applicant must possess excellent customer service and people skills, a clear and courteous phone manner, immaculate personal presentation, experience with varied software and online real estate CRM systems are an advantage.
The position requires someone with a high attention to detail, strong spelling, punctuation and grammar skills. This role is vital in ensuring the department runs smoothly so clients receive the best possible service.
Tasks within the role will include:
-Receiving and responding to phone, email and online enquiries
-Lease administration
-Database management
-Financial administration
-Marketing
-Assisting with building and maintaining relationships with clients and contractors
-Key management
-Scheduling and conducting property inspections
-Assisting with the workflow of property maintenance
