TEN Recruitment are working with a leading Project Management company who have a strong and successful history in Australia and overseas. With an impeccable track record for delivering large construction projects for some well known clients they are now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their Perth team. This is a newly created role and will support the Project Director to deliver upcoming projects across various sectors.
This a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Project Manager with experience delivering construction projects to join a stellar company and work with clients to deliver a range of large projects.

Reporting to the Project Director this role will see you:
Work with the project Management team to deliver a range of exciting construction projects for one of Australia's leading project management companies.
Assist the project management team with the end to end delivery of the project from scoping and planning through to tendering, construction and handover
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders including clients, authorities and contractors
Work collaboratively to achieve outcomes that meet quality, time and stakeholder expectations
Attend meetings, run reports and present on various stages of the project as required
Skills and experience:
Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline (Construction, Engineering, Property or similar)
Client -side experience managing construction projects in live environments
Excellent communication skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders
Solid team work skills and a collaborative approach to working
Impeccable attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills with proven ability to meet regular deadlines and targets
Experienced user of construction software packages and the full Microsoft Office Suite
