We are searching for an entry-level candidate to step into this Assistant Property Manager role, with full training provided! Must have completed your QLD Real Estate Certificate or in the process of.
Our client, a well-respected Real Estate agency situated in the inner Brisbane suburbs are looking for a Assistant Property Manager to work alongside a well looked after portfolio.
Along with providing a high level of service to their prestige clients, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within Real Estate.
Roles and responsibilities:
Supportive team of experienced property managers
Assist with, inspections, routines, entries, exits, arrears and maintenance
Liaise with landlords and tenants
Rental application reviews and preparing lease agreements
Learn from the best and prepare yourself for your own portfolio
Any adhoc administration duties (as requested).
About you:
Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
Customer-first approach, focuses on delivering quality service to all clients
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks on the go
Outstanding relationship building and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Technical ability to learn new systems quickly
Flexibility to work Saturdays
Reliable vehicle with QLD drives licence valid
QLD Real Estate registration essential
