We have an opening for an Assistant Property Manager to become an integral part of our team at Bowen Hills. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Property Manager, delivering exceptional customer service and communication to our landlords.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with tenants and property owners to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Assess and process rental applications efficiently.
- Conduct detailed entry and exit inspections and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Prepare tenancy documents and manage handovers seamlessly.
- Perform routine property inspections to ensure standards are maintained.
- Address maintenance issues promptly, coordinating repairs and following through to resolution.
- Support the Building Manager in maintaining the complex to high standards.
- Coordinate defect and warranty repairs effectively.
- Arrange tenant access as needed for repairs and inspections.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in property management.
- Certification: Current Certificate of Registration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Property Me, Inspect Real Estate, Real Works, or similar platforms.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently and resolve issues proactively.
