Join an energetic, team working onsite in one of Brisbane's cutting-edge, luxury apartment complexes in a lively complex 5kms out of the city
A mixture between owner investors and tenants/landlords
This role requires an Assistant Property Manager (someone with at least 6-12 months of experience) to assist in the day-to-day management of portfolio apartments in this stunning complex of approximately 220 apartments
Experience using software including Property Me is preferred although not necessary
General administration/office duties including assisting clients with their inquiries - over the phone and face to face;
Assisting with the preparation of business documentation;
Monitoring and responding to general inquiries via email;
Data entry of business invoices into Owner files within the software program PropertyMe;
Conducting Entry, Exit & Routine Tenancy Inspections and completing reports;
Assisting in the processing of rental applications including reference checks;
Sending Entry Notices for Inspections and Maintenance;
Supporting the Business Managers as required.
The ideal candidate...
You must have a minimum of 6-12 months of experience in Property Management
MUST have your Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Immaculate presentation and a vibrant, friendly personality
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Efficiency, Accountability and a sense of maturity and responsibility to be able to work without supervision
