About the Company:

About the Role:
Assist the Relationship Manager to develop positive relationships whilst maintaining existing relationships
Conduct credit and financial analysis of client's financial statements
Write high quality Credit submissions for commercial property deals of up to $5 million
Attend to queries in a professional and timely manner from relevant stakeholders; internal and external
About You:
A tertiary qualification in finance is highly desirable
Demonstrated commercial property finance experience (12-18 months)
Open to someone with strong Credit experience for Self-Employed applications
A strong understanding of financial analysis and commercial Credit skills
Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
A can-do attitude!
Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written
