Located in the heart of the up-and-coming West Hindley precinct, Stem has become known for celebrating the best local produce, introducing Adelaide to some of the most stunning wines from around the world, and curating one of the best casual fine-dining hospitality experiences in South Australia for over 4 years.
This will be a hands-on role for those who have a passion for engaging with, and looking after customers in a busy casual fine-dining restaurant. A bit about YOU - Key skill requirements;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced, full table service restaurant or similar transferable skills
- Ability to jump into any section, know where support is needed and be there for other staff
- Team player - ability to be one of the staff & a natural leader. Able to drive staff engagement.
- Strong communication & organisation skills
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering an exceptional and consistent food product
- Develop, manage and empower an engaged team, creating a great environment to attract and retain awesome local talent – be a mentor.
- Demonstrate a hands-on, inspirational leadership style across all service areas and shifts

We're looking for someone to take on 30 hours per week in this role, and potentially more for the right candidate
