Our client is a Bespoke Luxury Lodge that boasts, fantastic benefits and a great management team. They are currently seeking a talented ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER to join their dynamic and professional team.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be an integral part of delivering an unforgettable experience to high-level clientele in their newly established restaurant. The passionate and highly organised individual will be a hands-on key member of the team. The restaurant is open 7 days per week, servicing a la carte dining for both our in-house guests and visitors to the Lodge.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Previous experience in a hotel restaurant
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Proactive and team-oriented attitude
Genuine drive to provide exceptional customer service
