Job description
About the Role:
Lead day-to-day operations of the restaurant in both front and back of house duties.
Manage and coach teams to deliver great food and an exceptional experience.
Maintain and ensure compliance in areas such as food safety, product quality and training.
Assist the restaurant manager in leading and managing key business metrics and KPIs such as labour, COGs and sales targets.
About You:
Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, QSR is desirable but not a must!
Highly experienced in managing and coaching others in similar fast-paced environments.
Energetic and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic workplace.
A desire to drive high customer satisfaction and great food quality.
Positive attitude with a solution focused mindset.
