Assistant Service Advisor/Admin Position

Located in Burswood, First Class Automotives is a prestige car servicing company specialising in European cars. We are looking for a Full Time Service Advisor/Admin Assistant with an excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
The work hours would be 38 hours, 7.30 am to 5.30 pm, 4 days per week day.

Duties include:

• Answering phone calls
• Taking payments
• Make bookings for customers
• Entering invoices
• General admin support
• Greeting customers and ensuring all of their requirements are met in a timely manner and keep them informed throughout the day of the progress of their service/repairs
• Prepare estimates and invoices for customers
• Order parts and ensure they will be delivered on time

The ideal applicant will have:

• Automotive knowledge required
• Previous experience in a similar position advantageous
• Admin Assistant type role previous experience
• Good computer skills including being proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
