To be a successful Assistant Store Manager you will:
Have a strong customer focus
Assist the Store Manager in the daily operational requirements of the store

Build and support effective teams
Provide ongoing staff training and motivation
Lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager

Prior experience in a supervisory role
Demonstrated 'hands-on' managerial approach
Excellent communication skills with the ability to delegate and lead a team
