T2 Belconnen has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant Store Manager!
About the Role

• As an Assistant Store Manager at T2 you will be assisting the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store with leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customer to shop seamlessly throughout the store.
• Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store.
• Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty.
• Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
• Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback.
• Regular Sunday work is required for this role.

About you

• You will have a passionate and motivated to deliver results and who will confidently support their manager and their team.
• With great communication skills and strong time management & organisational skills.
• With previous team leader, key holder, or management experience.
