Working alongside the Store Manager in leading your team of 10+ staff members, you will be responsible for role modelling fantastic customer service to our customers, and have an impact on in store operations to ensure the smooth running of the store.You will need to be:
- Previous Management experience in a retail environment with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience
- Experience in leading a team of 10+ staff
- An understanding of inventory management
- Have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Proven experience exceeding sales budgets and KPI's
- A passion for furniture, design and visual merchandising
- Salary of $62K + super
