The Role
An incredible opportunity has become available for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a beautiful store based at the International Airport. The successful candidate will have proven experience working with a premium / luxury brand & have a growth mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
Support the Store Manager in fostering collaborative and a service centric culture in the store
Ensure the store provides a sincere client experience and maximise profitability
Support the Store Manager in maintaining operational excellence through the efficient running of all areas of the store
Commercial awareness, connection to your local client base

Skills Required
Previous experience in Premium / Luxury fashion a MUST
Proven experience working in boutiques with larger teams of 10+ staff
Strong stakeholder engagement and a team player
Motivated and driver with high integrity
Highly resilient and positive
Excellent analytical, organization and communication skills
Ability to work in a matrix and diverse environment independently
Ability to embrace challenges and drive changes
Demonstrate accountability & ownership
