The Client
Our client is a privately owned Strata Management business who have been in continual operation for over 25 years and employing 40 people. Due to recent restructure are looking for a self-motivated Assistant to join our team and support a high performing strata manager.
The Role
Working in a professional yet fun environment, this is an opportunity for someone with a high level of customer service and administration. Working closely with a well-established Partner and Owner of the business, you will be responsible for:
Initial point of contact for various Strata Properties
Obtain quotes for repairs and maintenance
Building a rapport with long term clients
Invoice payments and budget management
Supporting a Partner with their portfolio, including preparation for Annual General Meetings, setting agendas, and minute taking
Various Administration with a strong attention to detail.
The Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Previous experience in Strata or Real Estate
Passion to provide a superior level of Customer Service
Must have a current Certificate of Registration
Have a high level of computer skills eg MS Office.
Excellent Communication Skills (written, verbal and listening)
