Lismore Community & Allied Health have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join their team. Overseeing the operational delivery of administration services to facilitate the overall effective and efficient operation of Hospital/facility. Providing secretariat and administrative support to the Executive to support the overall delivery of Hospital/facility, including managing fleet operations across the Hospital campus. Providing leadership, supervision and operational management of the administrative support staff.
If you have/are:
Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in providing high level administrative support, including demonstrated experience managing an administration team
High level interpersonal skills with an ability to exercise judgment and discretion while maintaining confidentiality, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable
Effective organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail and demonstrated ability to develop standard correspondence, including meeting agendas and minutes, letters, emails, reports and briefs
