We are looking for an Assistant/Junior Property Manager who is looking to start their career or further progress in the Real Estate industry.
You will be operating under an experienced Property Managers, working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with occasional Saturdays (half days) approx 1 in 6 Saturdays.
JOB DUTIES:
- Work under a Property Manager, assisting them with the tasks allocated to you (training provided)
- Learn to do condition reports and inspections, compliance etc
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, maintenance etc

WHATS ON OFFER:
- Salary of $55,000 - $60,000 + Super (With commissions available)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property (required)
- Property Management Experience (ideally) or real estate experience / knowledge
- Well presented and good admin and spoken skills
