The Role:
Support and assist a team of Strata Managers
Strata Administration
Manage repairs and maintenance
Liaising with stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
Full training is provided if you don't have any industry experience
The Candidate:
Strata admin or real estate/property management experience desirable and or must have a genuine interest and transferable skills/qualifications
A great can-do attitude and must be willingness to learn
Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence on a regular basis
Proven resilience and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Excellent presentation along with excellent written and verbal communication
