About the Role
In Brisbane, we are looking for a bright and ambitious senior lawyer with at least 8 years' experience to work with some of the World's leading construction, infrastructure, and resource participants. An existing network and the ability to build lasting client relationships will be important as the firm looks to grow is presence in the region. The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-jurisdictional team will be key.
You will have solid construction litigation experience, ideally gained from another private practice where you have received excellent training and exposure. Experience gained in Australia or internationally on high value and complex cross border construction and resources disputes would be well regarded.
Experience working with contractors would be a bonus. Our back-end practice will see you involved in claims management, mediation, expert determination, litigation and arbitration (including international arbitrations) throughout the region.
