How to make an impact:
You will educate and influence as an expert on all aspects of Fraud risk management, providing first line controls, compliance, and risk assurance uplift to the division.
You will also be responsible for:
Advising business leaders on the application of the Fraud risk management framework to evaluate risks
Engage with senior stakeholders to implement and improve business systems and processes through the use/integration of the NAB Fraud risk framework
Work with the business to implement systems and controls to manage the requirements of Fraud policies applicable to the business
Risk profiling to identify key risks and design of indicators for the ongoing monitor and input for Business and Private Divisional Risk Setting Statements
Designing controls to identify the right key controls to mitigate key Fraud risks
Guiding on Fraud risk and control times to implement systems and controls to manage the requirements of Fraud policies
What we’re looking for in our future talent:
Tertiary qualifications in Business or Finance, coupled with experience in risk, Process Management ideally in the banking environment or within Fraud SME
The ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expert communication and influence ability to drive assurance to division
Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
