By providing leadership and direction for the development and implementation of the University’s performance management framework leading to an enhanced corporate performance culture at the University.

With a high degree of autonomy this role operates under the Director, Data, Analytics & Insights, and is crucial and significant in providing the functional management and oversight of the 3 main areas, corporate performance, institutional research and surveys, and market research functions at the University.

To be successful, you will need a minimum of 5 years practical experience in a similar position that demonstrates your analytical, stakeholder relationship management and project management skills.
