- Permanent ongoing role based in Sydney
The Global Markets team, within the Trade and Investment Group, are the NSW Government's international experts. We coordinate the State's whole of government international trade and investment strategy for key markets based on our deep understanding of market conditions and relationships with governments, business chambers and business. This role is responsible for delivering against the NSW Government's trade, investment and international engagement objectives.

About You
Tertiary qualifications in government, public policy, international business, or other relevant disciplines are essential.
You have experience working in trade promotion or investment attraction or have experience in international engagement, government relations, consulting, or with an international business chamber.
You have experience working in or with the Americas (the United States, Canada and/or Chile) and understand how business and governments, particularly in the United States, operate and make decisions.
You are a strong writer, can build relationships, and have experience supporting and managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and working with a globally dispersed team.
