AddressMy client is a well established Private Wealth Firm assisting the needs of individuals and families, offering financial advice and management of investment portfolios.
The Associate Adviser is essential in supporting the smooth development and implementation of client strategies, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Lead Advisers in managing their workload to ensure client and potential client expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- Work closely with Lead Advisers to devise intricate strategies for both new and existing clients.
- Undertake various administrative tasks to provide support to Lead Advisers and contribute to the overall efficiency of the business.
- Support Principal Advisers by assisting with financial modelling using XPLAN.
- Prepare SOA's of exceptional quality, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Maintain consistent communication with Lead Advisers regarding the progress of SOA's and the implementation of advice for clients.
- Min 1 - 2 years experience supporting a Financial Adviser.
- Experience writing SOA's.
- Great energy and team player.
- Would suit a paraplanner who would like client contact.
