Your opportunity:
- Coach, actively guide and encourage staff and students towards the delivery of quality care by promoting knowledge and skills for evidence-based and patient-focused clinical services in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards. Develop, foster and encourage a culture of mentoring and preceptor support for all nursing staff and students within the Rural facilities through all stages of the clinical journey, supporting timely resolution of clinical education needs and challenges. Identify learning needs and development opportunities in collaboration the facilities' Director of Nursing and professional support from Nurse Educators (NE) from which education programs / activities are designed, implemented and assessed to ensure they meet staff and workforce development needs.

Our offer:
You will received a compettive remuneration value up to $74,567 p.a., comprising salary rate between $54.94 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (2)) (Two Permanent Part Time positions, 45.6 hours p.f. and One Permanent Part Time position, 15.2 hours p.f.).
