Position Summary
With a commitment to patient outcomes, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, Quality & Risk and the promotion of delivering safe patient care this role will see you providing strong leadership to the anaesthetic team.
About the Company
Our client’s day surgery hospital is known for its pleasant, supportive team culture & personalised service. The hospital includes 5 Operating theatres and specialise in Adult and Paediatric Ophthalmology, Oculoplastic and ENT Surgery.
About You
Registered Nurse with current unconditional AHPRA Registration
Minimum of 4 years’ anaesthetic nursing experience in a perioperative environment
Enjoys change management & has the interpersonal skills to implement change
Demonstrated understanding of Quality & Risk Management processes
Previous experience in a leadership role CNS, Floor Manager, Relief ANUM role
A customer service focus for VMOs, Patients, Employees & the business
