WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
The primary purpose of this role is to be the marketing specialist for a reputable, well-known brand and product portfolio, to champion key business projects and to deliver sales and marketing results and objectives.
You will create and implement the annual local marketing strategic plan and go to market plans with global direction alignment.
You will liaise with global product development teams and champion the product development and launch process in ANZ.
You will be required to do ongoing analysis, forecasting, modelling, planning and product management and deliver monthly reporting on metrics.
You will champion the promotional material review program for the local market across consumer and customer materials.
You will work closely with the sales manager and the field sales team to help them achieve growth and sales plans and create relationships with key customers to strive to understand their needs and industry challenges.
You will manage and meet the annual marketing budget spend and process and have sales projection input into the annual operating plan.
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
Ideally you will have a tertiary qualification in marketing, science, nursing or business.
2+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in healthcare, medical devices preferable.
Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail & ability to build good relationships.
You will have full work rights for Australia with excellent English language skills.
