Full Time Opportunity
Our Project Manager will manage the end to end delivery of complex projects which are highly integrated and work towards achieving Greenstone's broader business objectives.
The successful candidate will ensure that all assigned projects and the overall program of projects are successfully delivered through consistent use of the project delivery framework.
Essential Criteria
- Project management experience (minimum 3+ years)
- Experience applying project management methodologies in information technology space and a strong understanding of lifecycle processes - design, development, testing, transition to production etc
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with consistent application of project framework at each stage of delivery
- Experience in creating appropriate documents for every stage of a project
- An analytical thinker with highly developed problem-solving skills
- Customer focused with demonstrable experience of meeting service standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact and articulate within a diverse group consisting of senior managers and subject matter experts
- Proven ability to motivate and influence stakeholders to gain agreement to proposed solutions
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines while being resilient and collaborative; and remain calm under pressure
Desirable
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Tertiary level qualifications (e.g. Information Technology, Project Management or similar) in a relevant business discipline
- Experience in Technology Upgrade Projects
