What is the role?
We are looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to provide support to our successful Recruitment Consultants. You’ll never be bored in this fast-paced role, and a typical day can include:
- Managing candidate inquiries (providing best-practice customer service).
- Writing advertisements and sourcing candidates for multiple job openings.
- Phone screening applicants, coordinating interviews and supporting candidates through the interview process.
- Ad hoc administration such as record keeping in the database, and ensuring compliance is adhered to.
How to be successful?
We are seeking someone passionate about building a career in recruitment. You don't need to have experience in the industry, whether your background is in hospitality, administration or customer service, we want to hear about it! You will have:
- Demonstrated superior customer care skills;
