Associate Vice President

Job Summary:
Business consultation and Solution across the various projects / programs. Strategize business transformation and core system replacements
using Insurance COTS products like Duck Creek & eBaotech and leveraging Mindtree IP’s like XactETL, Xactconnect & CAPE.

About the role:

  • Support the pre-sales activity for BFSI (Insurance & Financial services Business)
  • Build local expertise on Product Development & implementation across products like Duck Creek, Uipath & Murex
  • Define Product Implementation Strategy
  • Define Multi-country rollout strategies.
  • Define & drive Assessment & Checkpoint workshops
  • Plan and strategies requirement workshops
  • Product Implementation SME - Analyse the current state of Insurance or Share registry Core applications of the client and produce a gap

fitment analysis based on clients business needs. * Involve specialized practice teams for account specific workshops, POCs and client discussions

  • Assures effective utilization of software by developing and maintaining expertise of the business process, product features, function

capabilities, and transactions. * Actively and collaboratively drives business engagement and group sessions.

  • Facilitate and conduct a critical workshop with client’s business stakeholders for discovery phase & to discuss business needs for core

systems transformation and customer experience transformation program for product implementation. * Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates ability to develop strong relationships with key business resources. * Able to understand and document IT systems and components as they relate to business capability enablement (current and future).

  • Obtain and maintain specialized skill sets to support one or more specific business processes and/ or sub-systems and/or business units as

directed by management.

  • Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in Life, Pension (Superannuation), Annuity, Non-Life Insurance & Share Registry
  • Experience in Australian Medical indemnity Business including process likes PSS & ROCS
  • Experience in Product Development & Implementation
  • Experience in Insurance COTS product like Duck Creek & eBaoTech
  • Experience in Multi-Country Rollouts
  • Experience in Managing team across regions (Multi-Culture environment)
  • Experience in creating various SDLC models – Waterfall, Agile (ATDD & BDD)
  • Understanding of software testing industry trends and challenges
  • Experience in Usage of MINDTREE IP’s like CAPE, Automated Rater Testing, XactETL and XactConnect
  • Skilled in documenting requirements, process flow diagrams, flow charts using various tools such as Vizio, MS Office, JIRA, Confluence etc.
  • Able to create wire frames and UI flow
  • Good business analysis skills with problem solving ability
  • Conceptual thinking, data analysis and modelling
  • Ability to run stakeholder meetings with productive outcome
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Able to write test scenarios covering the complete functionality, support functional testing
