The Role:
At Cox Automotive Australia, we are currently on the automation journey, and committed to leverage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency. We are searching for someone who has sharp attention to detail and a passion to grow their career with us in the automotive industry.
This role will play a key part of monitoring automated processes and carrying out compliance checks with our automated process outputs whilst completing administrative tasks that cannot be automated. It will be a Full-Time, max-term contract for 14 Months, with a possibility of Hybrid working once completing probation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and record any spot checks on automated processes to ensure it is functioning correctly
- Investigate any variances that can be identified from the out of the automated processes
- Notify and assist with any issues that is identified in the automated processes
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather relevant data and information
- Carry out any administrative tasks where it cannot be automated
- Assist other business unit leaders as required
What do we need from you?
- Exposure to working in the automotive industry highly desirable.
- Good Microsoft (MS) Excel skills. Sound MS suite skills. Knowledge of SAP system desirable
- Ability to work independently, as part of a geographically dispersed team.
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to undergo background checks (Police and Work Rights) and a pre-employment medical (including a drug and alcohol test) as part of the recruitment process. Please note: we also conduct random drug and alcohol tests onsite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
