About the role.
The role is to grow and drive a profitable and sustainable Aviation sector in NSW, launching from a platform of the Company’s existing projects, client relationships, sector expertise as well as yours and our knowledge, experience and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops a strategic plan for the growth of the Aviation sector within NSW.
Leads the definition, establishment and growth of services to the Aviation sector for the NSW business, working in conjunction with other Sector Leaders and marketing.
Span the Advisory and Projects offerings as appropriate to suit sector demands and opportunities.
Proactively builds wide and effective networks of internal / external contacts and leverages relationships to expand business opportunities and raise the company profile.
Deliver annual revenue, contribution margins, utilisation in line with budget.
Provides people leadership, guidance and coaching to the team as it grows.
Establish and build TSA expertise and brand in the Aviation sector in Australia.
Expand client base by securing new business.
Consistent production of high quality deliverables which exceed client expectations.
Achieve revenue and average gross profit margins targets in line with TSA targets.
About you.
A recognised identity within the NSW Aviation Sector with substantial experience within the sector.
Strong network within Aviation industry.
Experience in senior management positions, with strong involvement and demonstrated capacity in marketing and business development, strategy development and financial management.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in leading collaborative teams of consultants, industry and government partners.
Suitable qualifications relevant to the sector and delivering project consultancy services within the Aviation sector.
