About you
- You are passionate about entertainment

- You want to help us deliver a 5-Star experience
- You are able to get to work on time
- You can use a basic customer booking operating system
- You’re available during evenings and weekends
- You have your RSA or are willing to obtain
What we expect you to do for the most part
- Prepare and organise session paperwork, including scoresheets and waivers
- Complete the full check-in and check-out process on the venue computer
- Host 2-hour tournament competitions for large groups
- Facilitate multiple smaller group 1-hour sessions
- Entertain, engage and energise each customer group with the ability to read the room
- Have a keen eye to be able to spot those customers who might need that extra bit of attention
- Deliver clear safety instructions to all groups
- Monitor customers' adherence to safety requirements at all times
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as ensuring the cleanliness of the venue and preparing targets for use
- Complete all on-the-job and virtual training
