Fortiro is Australian software-as-a-service company that develops, licenses, and supports web-based document fraud and document verification software. We’re relatively new to market, we’re growing and we’re looking for passionate people who want the opportunity to build something great and have a positive impact on society!
Fortiro is humbled to have household brands on board using our Protect solution – customers such as Australia’s leading banks, non-bank lenders, insurance agencies and government agencies, amongst others. Powered by emerging technologies and AI, we help customers in Australia, New Zealand (and eventually the globe) to prevent fraud and remove the friction with document verification.

Skills & experience – you have...
- Experience in B2B software/SaaS sales related roles with an exceptional track record which includes lead gen, outbound prospecting, email or social media, sales qualification, sales demos, negotiating terms with the prospect and closing a sale
- Financial Services industry experience, ideally in consumer credit, fraud, financial crime, collections, lending products/operations, claims operations, etc
- Industry Network – you have an existing relationships within Financial Services which will help you to open doors
- Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills across all levels of enterprise stakeholders
- Understanding of CRM systems (we use HubSpot)
- Optional: Completed coursework or training in sales techniques
Responsibilities – you will...
- Create and target leads via phone, outbound email, and social selling or responding to inquiries generated from marketing activities.
- Manage prospects through the sales process milestones and record progress
- Represent our product, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to customer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs
- Meet or exceed assigned targets
- Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching, and obtaining business targets
- Work with the Head of Sales to ensure revenue targets and forecasts are achieved

Salary: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
