The Role – Delivering the Vision
As Business Development Manager this role will allow you to develop and foster key relationships as a B2B Sales Manager to drive membership and awareness of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a broad array of industries and organisations from Australia’s major corporates through to federal, state and local government departments, state owned corporations for example as well as smaller medium entities, charities and social trading entities.
An interesting component of this role will be breadth and range of product and service offerings that are provided to such a diverse and dynamic range of organisations and individuals. As such, this position will craft and execute the development of a B2B sales strategy whilst aligning with organisational values and reputation for excellence.

This position requires an astute, commercially savvy individual who is committed to showcasing the best of what this organisation has to offer. Working with the Melbourne based Head Office team, you will have the opportunity to plan your business development strategy and client engagement whilst working in an autonomous manner. Full support will be offered to allow you to leverage the established CRM database and access to a professional working hub-space or work from home flexibility will be offered.
The successful individual will demonstrate a track-record of success delivering sales and account management wins. You will be excited to bring in new business, identify new markets whilst further developing existing relationships. You will be self-motivated, pro-active and determined, whilst combining an authentic, approachable and engaging demeanour. You will be adaptable to work with stakeholders and customers from all manner of backgrounds and organisations, with the ability to listen, adapt, adopt, and drive outcomes that build positive, lasting relationships.

Package Includes:
Base salary to $115,799 + Super
Sales commission structure % on invoiced sales
Generous benefits package:
Company general bonus scheme
Contribution towards Health Insurance, currently up to a maximum of $95 per month
Life Insurance: 4 times gross annual salary for death in service (this is outside of any life insurance provision in a superannuation fund)
