Backend Engineer - Node.js

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems hosted on AWS infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions that meet the evolving needs of their customers.
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs using Node.js and AWS technologies.
• Architect scalable and resilient systems to support high traffic and large volumes of data.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Optimize system performance and ensure reliability, availability, and security of backend services.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending tools and techniques to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in backend development using Node.js
• Strong proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and serverless computing.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
